Here is a unique item for the handspinner in your life. It is a distaff that hangs from your wrist when using a drop spindle. It allows the spinner to wrap the rovings around the cord. Hanging below is the “wraps per inch” tool to determine the type of yarn being spun.
The loop length is approximately 9 inches. The wrist distaffs are made from a variety of woods: maple, cherry, birch, walnut. Beads are made from polymer clay in many colors. Weight is approximately .7 ounces. The wrist distaff pictured is representative of the distaff you will receive.
