Each pot holds about 2 oz of fluid, so this pot is perfect for taking a tincture or syrup straight, or with a couple ounces of water or juice added to help it go down smooth. (Note: we don’t recommend diluting tinctures with more than 2 oz of fluid, as it can reduce the effectiveness of the tincture).
